Position Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking Concrete Laborer to assist with a variety of tasks on residential and commercial job sites. This role is essential to supporting our crew in all phases of concrete work, from site preparation to finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, grading, and layout Set up and strip concrete forms Tie and place rebar and reinforcement materials Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Assist in pouring, spreading, and finishing concrete Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, come-alongs, and floats Support finishers with edging, jointing, and curing processes Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

Previous construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
