Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking energetic and reliable Class A CDL Drivers to operate concrete trucks and semi-trailers, supporting our construction projects with precision and professionalism. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of a dynamic team, delivering high-quality concrete and materials to various job sites. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining safety standards, and supporting the overall success of construction operations. Your expertise in commercial vehicle operation and construction-related skills will drive project efficiency and contribute to building strong foundations for our clients. Duties Safely operate concrete mixer trucks, semi-trailers, dump trucks, and other heavy equipment on construction sites. Transport concrete, aggregates, and other materials to designated locations with precision and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with DOT regulations. Assist with loading and unloading materials, including rebar installation, concrete forming, and concrete finishing tasks when necessary. Support paving, concrete pumping, excavator operation, loader operation, and other construction activities as part of the team. Maintain accurate delivery logs, vehicle maintenance records, and safety documentation throughout each shift. Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and address any logistical issues promptly. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record. Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, or concrete mixers on construction sites. Mechanical knowledge for basic troubleshooting and vehicle maintenance. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to commercial vehicle operation and construction environments. Experience with concrete pumping, finishing, or forming is a plus. Knowledge of rebar installation, paving techniques, or other concrete-related tasks is advantageous.
