Pole barn & Concrete Laborer (Farm Construction)

Job Summary We are a growing construction team specializing in agricultural building projects. We pride ourselves on hard work, quality craftsmanship, and delivering durable structures for our clients, ranging from concrete foundations to full pole barn construction. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer specialized in concrete work and pole barn construction. This position takes place primarily in active farm settings. The ideal candidate is a team player who is physically fit, comfortable working at heights, and at ease working around livestock. -No Weekends -Overtime Opportunities Duties Assist with all phases of pole barn construction, including framing, roofing, and siding. Set up forms, pour, finish, and cure concrete for foundations, slabs, and agricultural structures. Operate basic hand tools and power tools.. Work confidently on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs (comfortable with heights). Maintain a clean and safe job site, respecting the surrounding farm environment and livestock. Load and unload construction materials and equipment.

Skills Experience:

Previous experience in concrete finishing and/or pole barn/post-frame construction is highly preferred.

Comfort Level:

Must be completely comfortable working at heights and working in a farm setting around livestock (cows, horses, etc.).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to perform heavy physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, cold, mud). Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Transportation:

Reliable transportation to the job sites.

Pay:

$20.00 - $28.00 per hour
