Concrete Foreman / Crew Lead TAB Construction Andes, NY | Full-Time | Onsite $35-$42/hr + Performance Bonuses + Leadership Opportunity TAB Construction is expanding its in-house concrete division and looking for an experienced concrete professional ready to help lead and grow a high-quality crew. Our region has a major shortage of reliable concrete contractors, and TAB is uniquely positioned with substantial equipment, forms, trucks, and infrastructure already in place. We are building a team focused on craftsmanship, professionalism, and long-term growth. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to help build something lasting - not just move from one company to the next. What You'll Do Lead residential concrete and foundation projects Oversee forming, pours, finishing, and site coordination Plan materials, manpower, and equipment needs Maintain high workmanship and safety standards Mentor junior crew members and help develop the team Coordinate with project managers and homeowners Help establish systems and standards for a growing division What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential concrete experience Strong leadership and jobsite management skills Experience with foundations, slabs, forming, and finishing Ability to plan ahead and manage crews efficiently Pride in quality craftsmanship Dependable, professional attitude Why TAB Construction?
