Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team. We are conducting interviews for the season of 2026. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in concrete finishing, with the ability to work on various projects, including residential and commercial concrete applications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. Responsibilities Prepare and finish concrete surfaces to meet project specifications. Operate concrete mixers and other power tools safely and efficiently. Install rebar and perform concrete forming as needed. Execute hardscape projects, including patios, walkways, and driveways. Utilize hand tools for precise finishing work. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment. Requirements Proven experience in concrete finishing. OSHA Certified. Valid Drivers License. Ability to work a flexible schedule. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate heavy equipment. Familiarity with construction estimating practices is a plus. Experience in rebar installation, concrete pumping, edging, and Bull floating preferred. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety on the job site. Previous experience in concrete is a must.
