Job Description:

Elite Concrete is a small, family friendly company looking to hire a laborer for our precast concrete shop located in Chittenango, NY. This is a full time position with a Monday-Friday work schedule. Mandatory overtime as required. No experience? We will train!

Responsibilities:

• Safely clean & strip forms
• Read & understand shop drawings
• Prepare and install rebar and wire mesh as required, pour and finish concrete in forms
• Ensuring tools and work areas are maintained and clear of hazards
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Requirements:

• Lifting, carrying, pushing & pulling 50
• 60 pounds
• Indoor and outdoor work regardless of weather conditions
• Strong safety habits
• Willingness to learn & communicate
• Assist customers
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively
• Must be able to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail
