Job Description
Multifamily Project ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Project Manager to oversee and manage multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, specifically within the multifamily sector, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mixed use construction projects including MF, Retail and Large-Scale Garages from design to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the construction process.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with multifamily projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Familiarity with general contracting processes is a plus.
Experience with ground-up wood frame/podium and parking structure projects is preferred.
Knowledge of multifamily interior finishing projects is a plus.
