Concrete Finisher / Skilled Concrete Technician

We're looking for an experienced concrete professional to become a key member of our production team. This individual will take ownership of our concrete operations while also supporting our asphalt divisions when needed. What You'll Do:

Sidewalk installation and replacement Curb and curb apron construction ADA ramp construction Concrete pads and flatwork Forming, grading, placing, and finishing concrete Saw cutting and demolition Site preparation and layout Reading plans and understanding elevations Ensuring projects are completed safely and to our quality standards Support Our Asphalt Crews When Needed Asphalt patching Sealcoating Milling and paving support General labor and equipment assistance Job site setup and cleanup No two days are exactly the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a versatile team and takes ownership of whatever the day requires. What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of hands-on concrete experience Experience with forming, finishing, and concrete placement Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Positive attitude and team-first mentality Preferred Experience with asphalt work Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, rollers, or other construction equipment CDL license Ability to lead small crews and mentor others Familiarity with ADA requirements and layout The Type of Person Who Succeeds Here Show up on time and ready to work.
