ASAP We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong concrete experience and the ability to manage crews, coordinate daily activities, and maintain production and quality standards on active jobsites. Job Responsibilities Supervise and lead concrete crews on commercial and industrial flatwork projects Coordinate daily work activities and ensure crews stay on schedule Oversee concrete placement, finishing, setup, forms, and related work Ensure quality workmanship and safe work practices on site Assist crews as needed with hands-on concrete work Communicate with site management and coordinate manpower and materials Requirements Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman required Strong background in commercial and industrial concrete flatwork Ability to lead crews and manage daily production Knowledge of concrete finishing, forms, and general concrete operations Reliable transportation and strong leadership skills Schedule & Project Details 45+ hours per week Temp-to-permanent opportunity Large commercial and industrial projects No per diem offered PPE & Tools Required Use of Basic PPE such as hard hat, steel toe boots, gloves, glasses and vest Concrete hand tools
