Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and setting up of concrete forms
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or partitions
- Perform metal stud framing for construction projects
- Install drywall and finish joints using appropriate techniques
- Assist with flooring installation, including tile laying and masonry work
- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate construction
- Renovate existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged concrete
Skills:
- Experience in concrete labor and construction work
- Proficiency in using hand tools for concrete work
- Knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Familiarity with metal stud framing and drywall installation
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Experience in flooring installation, including tile laying and masonry work
