Concrete Foreman - Commercial Curb

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Foreman specializing in Commercial Curb projects to lead and oversee all aspects of curb construction on commercial sites. In this role, you will coordinate crews, keep project timelines, ensure quality standards, and uphold safety protocols. Your leadership will drive the successful delivery of curb installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale commercial developments while demonstrating expert knowledge in concrete work and construction management. Duties Lead and supervise concrete crews in the installation of commercial curbs, ensuring adherence to project specifications and schematics. Coordinate daily work , allocate resources efficiently, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and enforce safety protocols on-site to maintain a safe working environment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute curb designs. Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for durability, precision, and adherence to design standards. Manage project documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and material inventories using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Skills Extensive experience in construction site supervision with a focus on concrete curb installation within commercial projects. Ability to read blueprints Knowledge of safety standards outlined by OSHA and experience implementing safety protocols on-site. Skilled in using measurement tools such as the ohmmeter for quality checks; familiar with pipeline installation is advantageous. Supervising experience with a proven track record of managing teams effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
