Job Description Job Description Commercial Concrete Finisher / Laborer We are currently hiring experienced and entry-level Commercial Concrete Finishers and Laborers to join our growing team. Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, and ready to work in a fast-paced construction environment with opportunities for long-term career growth. Responsibilities Set and install all types of concrete forms including curb, edge, and wall forms Perform foundation work, flatwork, and structural concrete projects Finish concrete using hand tools and power trowels Assist with concrete pours, site preparation, and cleanup Read and follow construction plans and supervisor directions Maintain a safe and organized work environment Qualifications Experience in commercial concrete work preferred, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply Knowledge of forming, finishing, and concrete placement techniques Ability to operate hand and power tools safely Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation required Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan 6 Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) after meeting employment eligibility requirements Excellent opportunities for career advancement Join a team that values hard work, quality craftsmanship, and employee growth.
