Company truck or vehicle allowance + full benefits The Opportunity Our client is a well-established, relationship-driven General Contractor in Central Ohio, with an in-house self-perform concrete division that sets them apart in the market. This team supports the company's GC projects while also operating independently on outside concrete scopes — providing steady work, variety, and long-term stability. They are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews in the field while remaining hands-on. This is a working foreman role suited for someone who enjoys being actively involved in the work, mentoring crews, and taking ownership of quality and production. What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage self-perform concrete crews in the field Remain hands-on as needed — forming, placing, finishing, and troubleshooting Coordinate daily work plans, manpower, and equipment needs Read and interpret drawings, specs, and layout requirements Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard Communicate closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and company leadership Support both internal GC projects and external concrete contracts Experience We're Looking For Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or Lead on commercial projects Broad concrete background — including foundations, structural concrete, walls, slabs, elevated decks, site concrete, and complex pours (not limited to flatwork or parking structures only) Ability to lead crews while still working in the field Strong understanding of concrete means and methods Safety-first mindset and pride in workmanship Local to Central Ohio or willing to commute within the region Why This Role Stands Out Unique self-perform team with steady internal work and external projects Long-term stability with a respected regional contractor Variety of concrete scopes — no single-type repetition Truck or vehicle allowance provided Team-oriented culture with direct access to leadership
