Our work includes geotechnical fills, pipeline grouting, insulating roof decks, and other highly engineered applications. We perform specialized work that most contractors cannot, and our projects require coordination between equipment, materials, and skilled crews. Position Overview:

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our field crew. This is a hands-on role working alongside our foreman and equipment operator installing lightweight concrete systems on our job sites. Key Responsibilities Assist with the application of lightweight cellular concrete Perform finishing of lightweight cellular concrete, including smoothing and leveling using hand tools and specialized techniques appropriate for cellular concrete Set up and tear down equipment and jobsite materials Work around pumps, hoses, and mixing systems Support the crew to maintain production goals Keep jobsite clean and organized Follow safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For Construction or concrete experience preferred Strong experience with hand tools and ability to use them safely and effectively in a construction setting Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Ability to lift 50-75 lbs Willingness to travel (~40% -50%) Travel & Perks Company-provided transportation (no personal vehicle required) to jobsites Hotel accommodations provided when traveling Daily per diem for meals and expenses also when traveling Year-round employment (no seasonal layoffs) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Company-paid life insurance Elastizell Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
