We are seeking hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborers and Concrete Finishers to join our growing team on projects throughout Oklahoma. Positions Available Concrete Laborers Concrete Finishers Responsibilities Concrete Laborers Assist crews with concrete placement and cleanup Prepare job sites, tools, and materials Set forms and assist with concrete pours Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors Concrete Finishers Smooth and finish concrete surfaces Operate finishing tools and equipment Perform edging, jointing, and surface finishing Ensure quality and proper concrete curing Read and follow project specifications and grade requirements Qualifications Construction or concrete experience preferred Heavy civil experience is a plus Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor Reliable transportation required Must work well with a team and follow safety standards Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Advancement opportunities Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Work Location Projects located throughout Oklahoma.
