In this energetic role, you'll work alongside skilled tradespeople to execute concrete finishing tasks that bring architectural visions to life. Duties Assist with pouring, and finishing to create smooth, level surfaces on various construction projects Set up and operate power tools and hand tools for concrete placement, smoothing, and detailing Install rebar and metal reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to strengthen concrete structures Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for concrete placement and site preparation Support with formwork installation, framing, and other carpentry tasks related to concrete projects Maintain safety standards by adhering to protocols during heavy equipment operation, scaffolding setup, and site cleanup Requirements Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is preferred Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable Familiarity with rebar installation, form work setup. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites including caulking, roofing support, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration work Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience or certification is advantageous Join us in building strong foundations—literally!
