We work with many of the top builders in the area, and our floors have been featured multiple times in the Central Oregon Tour of Homes. Our work can be found throughout Central Oregon, from residential garage floors to commercial kitchens, delis, meat departments, dog kennels, animal hospitals, airplane hangars, office buildings, department stores, and more. We are looking to add 1 Concrete Coatings Lead to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with epoxy, polyaspartic, and decorative flake flooring systems and be comfortable leading crews, managing projects, and maintaining high-quality workmanship from start to finish. Join our knowledgeable staff using top-of-the-line equipment and industry-leading materials. As part of our team, you will work on a wide range of residential and commercial projects installing epoxy, flake, quartz, stained, and polished concrete flooring systems while helping oversee daily jobsite operations. Pay Starting at $28 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. What You'll Be Doing Preparing concrete surfaces using professional grinding equipment Repairing and patching concrete when necessary Mixing and applying epoxy, polyaspartic, quartz, and decorative flake flooring systems Assisting with stained and polished concrete projects Working on residential garages and commercial projects throughout Central Oregon Operating specialty flooring equipment and tools Keeping job sites clean and organized Leading crews and coordinating daily jobsite activities Ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company quality standards Communicating with management regarding project progress and jobsite needs We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, leads by example, and wants to continue building their career in the concrete coatings industry. Minimum Requirements Must be 18 years or older Reliable transportation Punctual and dependable Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work on your feet and perform physical work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confident taking initiative and being a self-starter Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity on job sites Preferred Qualifications Concrete coatings experience preferred Experience installing epoxy, polyaspartic, decorative flake, quartz, or other resinous flooring systems Experience leading crews or managing job sites Knowledge of concrete preparation, repairs, and coating application techniques Experience operating grinders, vacuums, and specialty flooring equipment Strong communication and leadership skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a strong reputation throughout Central Oregon and work on a wide variety of high-quality residential and commercial projects.
