What we are seeking:

5+ years of concrete and foundation construction experience as a superintendent supervisor, or crew lead. Availability to travel and work in site-specific locations in Oregon and Washington for up to 80% of the year. Lead and work alongside the crew in performing essential job functions like helical pile installation, steel pile driving, and rock anchor installation. Previous experience operating heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steers, reach forklifts, and other drilling equipment. Experience with stick welding and fabrication on-site. Plan, coordinate, and communicate all stages of the project with the crew, project managers, and head office concerning materials, equipment, and logistics. Record and monitor any scheduling issues or delays in construction, notifying managers and the client. Capable of creating an on-site safety culture with daily job hazard analysis, tool box talks, encouraging pre-task planning while enforcing PPE Requirements and company safety policies. Verify site conditions match the plans; flag conflicts early Maintain Daily logs which include site safety documentation and incident reporting, scheduling issues, land abnormalities, and equipment maintenance and repair. Capacity to perform physical labor and heavy lifting. Must have a valid Driver's license and a clean driving record. (CLASS A CDL's increase wages.)
