- Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and oversee concrete construction projects on-site.
This role is critical in ensuring that all concrete work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a Concrete Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. You must possess the leadership skills that will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality workmanship and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and direct concrete crew members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and schematics Coordinate daily work schedules, material deliveries, and equipment usage to meet project deadlines Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide onsite activities Implement quality control measures to ensure concrete work meets industry standards and client expectations Monitor safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations and construction site safety policies Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve onsite issues promptly Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and labor hours using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on concrete or heavy civil projects Supervising experience leading construction crews on large-scale projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating techniques Familiarity with construction management software including Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, OSHAsafety standards, and construction site safety practices Ability to read technical documents such as contracts and project schedules; experience with project scheduling is a plus Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively Valid certifications in OSHA safety standards; additional certifications related to construction management are advantageous Join our team as a Concrete Foreman and be part of a vibrant environment where your leadership directly impacts the successful delivery of complex projects.
