Job Description

Batch Plant Operator
  • What Will You Do?
Responsible production and delivery of quality concrete which meets all required specifications. Responsible for daily plant maintenance and ongoing predictive and preventative maintenance. Maintain regular communication with dispatch office to provide excellent service to customers. Assist with customer issues by working in conjunction with Sales and Dispatch. Responsible for ordering materials daily and maintaining proper inventory levels at the plant. Responsible for collecting and sending driver paperwork daily.   • Who Are We Looking For? Experience in RMC production or quality control preferred. High aptitude for electrical and mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to work long hours and varying schedule. Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn. Team Mindset
