Full-Time Concrete Grinder/Polisher & Skilled Laborers Our growing decorative and restoration concrete company is seeking full-time Concrete Grinders/Polishers and Skilled Laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of commercial construction projects, with opportunities to grow and learn advanced surface preparation and finishing techniques. Position Overview We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who can follow instructions, work safely, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work on commercial job sites alongside different crews while interacting with general contractors, building owners, and site personnel. Strong communication, adaptability, and professionalism are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform concrete grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs Assist with general construction-related tasks as needed Maintain and properly care for tools and equipment Complete project documentation (photos, reports, completion forms) Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements Collaborate effectively with supervisors, contractors, and team members across multiple job sites Qualifications & Requirements Construction experience strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable performing physical labor (bending, kneeling, climbing, standing, walking) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer service-oriented attitude Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends Valid driver's license required Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (per local regulations) Training OSHA 30 and respirator fit testing required upon hire All training is company-paid during the first week of employment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Equal Opportunity Employer We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
