Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team.

Along with someone with Retaining Wall Experience, and 1-2 Skilled laborers. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete finishing and possess knowledge of various construction materials and techniques. Along with proper retaining wall Install knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for concrete applications
• Set forms that hold concrete in place
• Direct the casting of the concrete and supervise laborers who use shovels or special tools
• Monitor the curing of the concrete to ensure a durable, smooth, and uniform finish
• Apply finishing techniques such as floating, troweling, and sealing
• Experience with

Decorative Concrete, Including Stamped and Exposed Aggregate Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
• Proficiency in working with concrete building materials
• Ability to interpret schematics and follow instructions accurately
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in construction work
