Concrete Finisher

Job Overview:

Vanni Concrete LLC is seeking an experienced concrete finisher who can take the lead on finishing work and deliver high-quality results. This position is for a skilled tradesperson — not a general laborer. The ideal candidate understands all stages of concrete finishing and can work independently as well as with a crew to complete jobs efficiently and professionally.

Duties:

Finish concrete surfaces including driveways, patios, sidewalks, and slabs Perform edging, jointing, broom finishes, and smooth/trowel finishes Monitor concrete set times and apply proper finishing techniques at each stage Ensure proper grading, leveling, and surface consistency Assist with forming, pouring, and stripping forms when needed Operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment Communicate with crew members to keep jobs running smoothly Maintain clean and safe job sites Identify and correct finishing issues before job completion

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on concrete finishing experience required Must have proven experience finishing driveways, patios, sidewalks, and slabs Strong understanding of timing, curing, and finishing techniques Ability to complete finishing work without constant supervision Experience with broom finishes, trowel finishes, edging, and joint cutting Must be confident in producing clean, professional results

Pay:
