About us PSC EHC Acquisition LLC. is a full-service environmental consulting and contracting firm that provides cost-effective, turnkey abatement solutions for all industries and homeowners throughout the Mid-Atlantic States. As an environmental consulting & contracting firm, PSC EHC Acquisition, LLC has specialized in its services regarding the built environment. Job Roles and Responsibilities Review job specifications and work plans with the Supervisor prior to the start of each project. Perform concrete surface preparation including grinding, shot blasting, cleaning, patching, and crack repair. Mix, prepare, and apply epoxy, urethane, polyaspartic, and other resinous flooring materials according to manufacturer specifications. Assist with the installation of decorative and protective floor coating systems. Follow all company, federal, state, and local safety regulations and wear required PPE on all projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of each project. Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment. Attend all EHC trainings, meetings, medical appointments, and certification renewals as required. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications, Skills & Requirements Previous experience installing epoxy and other resinous flooring systems preferred but not required, we can train. Experience with concrete grinding and surface preparation preferred but not required. Possess and maintain a valid PA Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting, and Child Abuse clearance, as projects may be performed in schools and government facilities requiring such clearances. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment and pass a physical examination. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds. Ability to work on hands and knees, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Bi-lingual a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills and professional interaction with customers, coworkers, and project stakeholders.
