As a Concrete Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our concrete construction projects by assisting with various tasks related to concrete placement, finishing, and maintenance.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the loading, unloading, and transport of concrete materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site Assist in the setup and installation of formwork for concrete pours, ensuring proper alignment and stability Perform cleanup duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the removal of debris, excess concrete, and construction waste Clean and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in concrete construction to ensure optimal performance and longevity Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site Work collaboratively with other crew members, contractors, and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
Qualifications:
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills Reliable transportation to and from the job site Basic math skills and the ability to read and follow instructions OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus but not required
