In this energetic role, you will work hands-on with concrete and related materials, ensuring flawless finishes and precise installation. Whether you're mixing concrete, setting forms, or finishing surfaces, your contribution will help bring construction projects to life with quality and efficiency. This position offers a wide range of skill development, and safety are top priorities. We do different type of working ranging from concrete, masonry, hardscaping, decks, b uilding, and renovations. Responsibilities Prepare work sites by setting up forms, rebar, and scaffolding according to schematics and blueprints Install rebar and metal studs to reinforce concrete structures in compliance with project specifications Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, trowels, and power tools to achieve smooth, level finishes Assist with concrete pouring, pumping, and placement while maintaining safety standards on-site Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements for framing, stucco, or masonry work Perform demolition, renovation tasks, or restoration work as needed to prepare sites for new construction or repairs Deck building Digging Skills Mechanical knowledge of tools and equipment used in concrete finishing and construction tasks Construction estimating skills to assist in project planning and material needs Experience with rebar installation, form building, and concrete forming techniques Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of masonry, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and roofing is a plus Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and OSHA standards Basic carpentry skills including trim carpentry and metal stud framing are advantageous Experience in plastering, caulking, welding or metal fabrication enhances versatility on-site Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in a fast-paced construction environment!
