Generous benefits package includes retirement plan, Health, Dental, Vision, AFLAC & paid time off. Perform tasks involving physical labor at residential and commercial building sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, concrete saws, surveying and measuring equipment, small equipment, and bobcat loaders. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, and tear out concrete. May assist other craft workers and take instructions. Position and secure steel bars or mesh in concrete forms in order to reinforce concrete. Use a variety of fasteners, rod-bending machines and hand tools. Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; use saws to cut contraction joints. Construct, erect, install, and repair forms and fixtures of wood or plywood using carpenter's hand tools and power tools. Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Quality work is expected.
