Concrete Production Technician Pay :
$18.00—$20.00hr

Pittsburgh, PA 15223 Step into a hands-on manufacturing role where your craftsmanship directly helps create durable, high-quality architectural site furnishings and outdoor products. As a Concrete Production Technician, you'll assist in the full production flow—from preparing molds and casting concrete to demolding, finishing, and safely moving finished pieces through the shop. If you take pride in quality work, enjoy working with your hands, and want to be part of a team building real, lasting products, this is the role for you.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing, construction, concrete, masonry, landscaping, or general labor environment (preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks Comfort working with concrete, molds/forms, and both hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions Basic understanding of maintaining a clean and organized work environment Dedication to following safety procedures and meeting quality requirements Ability to inspect products for defects and support continuous quality improvement Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with casting and finishing processes for concrete products Familiarity with grinding, sanding, and patching as part of product finishing Experience working with custom or architectural outdoor components
