• Laborer to join our team in Wyomissing, PA. We value precision, reliability, and craftsmanship. • 35 per hour (depending on experience), along with excellent benefits , including a performance bonus program, paid health care, paid vacation, paid holidays, cell phone allowances, performance bonuses, and a 401(k) plan.

Not to mention, a steady schedule , working Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM with opportunities for lucrative overtime as needed.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONCRETE FINISHING TECHNICIAN

• LABORER As a Concrete Finishing Technician
• Laborer, your day begins with direct dispatch to job sites from your home in the Wyomissing, PA area.

On-site, you will apply your expertise in forming, screeding, and broom finishing concrete to ensure smooth, durable surfaces for a variety of flatwork projects. You will collaborate with the team to maintain efficiency and quality while ensuring that safety standards are always met. Throughout your work, you will be expected to work independently, managing tasks with precision and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS 1-2

years of experience in the concrete finishing trade Strong skills in forming, screeding, and broom finishing Dependable work ethic with reliable transportation Ability to work independently on job sites

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience specifically finishing concrete
