Job Description

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Concrete Laborer for an immediate Temp-to-Hire opportunity in Wernersville, PA. This is a full-time, long-term position with consistent hours, overtime potential, and opportunity for permanent placement.
PAY:
$29.00/hr.
HOURS:
8+ hour shifts starting at 6:00 AM
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday; 40+ hours/week

Temp-to-Hire Concrete Laborer Job Description:
Candidates will assist concrete crews with form setup, measuring and grading, transporting concrete, shoveling, raking, jackhammering, pipe installation, demolition, and general construction labor duties. Work will be performed primarily outdoors on active construction sites. Qualifications for
Concrete Laborer:
Minimum 2 years of construction or concrete labor experience Experience assisting with concrete pours, formwork, grading, and material handling Ability to use hand tools, jackhammers, compactors, and basic construction equipment Experience working around excavation and underground utilities preferred Must have own concrete boots, hammer, tape measure, and sledgehammer Must have valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs., bend frequently, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Additional Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Client-required screenings include: drug screen, criminal background check, PA child abuse clearance, FBI fingerprinting, DOT physical (if no current DOT card), and MVR review
