Full-Time Concrete Grinder/Polisher & Skilled Laborers Our growing decorative and restoration concrete company is seeking full-time Concrete Grinders/Polishers and skilled laborers to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving a variety of commercial construction projects, with opportunities to grow and learn advanced surface preparation and finishing techniques. Position Overview We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who can follow instructions efficiently and work safely in a fast-paced environment. You will be working on commercial job sites alongside different crews, interacting with general contractors, building owners, and site personnel. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and professionalism are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform concrete grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs Assist with various construction-related tasks as needed Maintain and care for tools and equipment on job sites Complete project documentation, including photos, reports, and completion forms Follow all safety procedures and OSHA requirements at all times Work effectively with supervisors, contractors, and team members on multiple job sites Qualifications & Requirements Construction experience strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable with physical labor (bending, kneeling, climbing, standing, walking) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer service-oriented attitude Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including weekends Valid driver's license required Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (per local regulations) Training OSHA 30 and respirator fit testing required upon hire All training is provided and paid for by the company during the first week of employment Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer Summary As a Commercial Concrete Polisher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality decorative and polished concrete finishes on commercial projects.
