Job Description
Law Construction is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Construction Laborer to join our growing team. We perform a wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects, including additions, concrete work, excavation, masonry, roofing, siding, decks, and remodeling. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and are committed to producing quality results. Responsibilities Perform general construction labor and skilled tasks as assigned Follow directions from supervisors and project managers Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely Assist with site preparation, demolition, framing, concrete, masonry, and finish work Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Requirements Minimum 2 years of construction experience preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attendance record and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic construction math Experience operating equipment is a plus Valid driver's license preferred What We Expect At Law Construction, we expect our employees to be on time, work hard, take initiative, and represent the company professionally.
