You will serve as the strategic leader of the concrete division at Meyer Innovations overseeing large-scale operations across residential and industrial sectors. This high-impact role empowers you to optimize field productivity, manage high-level logistics, and uphold the premium quality standards our luxury clients expect. You will be the bridge between complex engineering requirements and successful field execution, driving the growth of our most technical division. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Directed the strategic planning and resource allocation for all active concrete projects to ensure peak operational efficiency. Analyzed project blueprints and structural requirements to develop comprehensive execution plans for specialty builds. Managed divisional budgets and vendor relationships to maintain high-end material quality while controlling costs. Supervised Concrete Foremen and field teams, providing technical guidance on complex industrial and residential pours. Implemented standardized safety and quality control protocols across all job sites to mitigate operational risks. Optimized scheduling logistics for labor and heavy equipment to meet aggressive project milestones.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of management experience specifically within concrete or structural construction. Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced field environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage both field personnel and project administrative tasks. Capability to work a flexible schedule, including nights or weekends, to oversee critical project phases.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Advanced knowledge of high-end specialty concrete finishes and industrial-grade structural requirements. Exceptional organizational skills and a professional, solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution.
