Concrete Field Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Field Technician to support daily operations across multiple job sites. This role involves delivering materials, operating equipment, maintaining tools and property, and assisting with general project cleanup. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver materials and supplies to job sites in a timely and safe manner Operate and transport equipment as needed for project completion Maintain and inspect tools, machinery, and equipment to ensure proper function Perform routine upkeep of yard, shop, and company property Assist with job site setup and cleanup before, during, and after projects Drive and operate machinery such as skid steers or other equipment (as trained) Coordinate with management regarding material needs, equipment issues, and scheduling Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

Previous experience in concrete, construction, or a similar field preferred Ability to operate or learn to operate construction equipment Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

Work Environment:

Outdoor job sites and yard/shop settings Exposure to varying weather conditions Physically demanding work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods

Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
