Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete operations on diverse construction sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee concrete installation, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with project teams to deliver successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, construction site experience, and technical knowledge of concrete processes. Responsibilities Supervise and direct daily activities of concrete crews including laborers, finishers, carpenters, and equipment operators on commercial job sites. Plan and sequence concrete operations — formwork, rebar placement, concrete pours, finishing, curing, and stripping — in alignment with the project schedule. Read, interpret, and work from commercial blueprints, structural drawings, and project specifications. Coordinate with the project superintendent, general contractor, and subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling of materials, equipment, and inspections. Enforce all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and site-specific safety plans; conduct daily toolbox talks and job hazard analyses. Monitor workmanship and concrete quality to ensure compliance with ACI standards and project specifications Track crew time, daily production quantities, and material usage; submit accurate daily reports to the project superintendent. Identify and proactively communicate schedule risks, material shortages, scope changes, or field conflicts to project management. Oversee the operation and maintenance of concrete pumps, vibrators, screeds, troweling machines, and other concrete equipment. Mentor and develop crew members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and accountability. Position Requirements Successful pre-employment background check is required Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen is required Strong working knowledge of commercial concrete systems including tilt-up panels, post-tensioned slabs, elevated decks, columns, walls, and foundations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications. OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 10 minimum Minimum 5 years of concrete experience and 2 years of experience in a leadership position, Foreman role or similar 10-Year DMV Report required for driving company vehicles Physical Requirements Work involves sitting, walking or standing for extended periods of time in various adverse weather conditions Must be able to repeatedly lift and/or carry weights of five to fifty pounds Requires the ability of speaking and/or signaling people to convey or exchange information Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, safety glasses, hard hat with chin strap, reflective safety vest, gloves, ear protection, face shield, safety toe boots Please submit a resume for consideration.
