Precast Concrete Sales & Operations Manager Midwest Construction is seeking a driven individual to lead our precast concrete division. This role combines sales, operations and customer relations - Ideal for someone who understands both field and the busness side of construction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day precast production operations. Meet with customers on-site to assess needs and build relationships. Prepare estimates, bids and project proposals. Work with and coordinate with project engineers and architects. Coordinate production schedules and deliveries. Monitor material costs and maintain profitability. Assist with marketing efforts, including home shows and promotions. What we're looking for: Experience in construction, precast or concrete industry preferred. Strong communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Detail-oriented with estimating and cost tracking. Self-motivated and results-driven.
