Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage a concrete crew on commercial construction projects in the Sioux Falls area. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a solid understanding of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing techniques, and the ability to manage jobsite operations efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crew members on job sites Interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications Plan and layout work to meet deadlines and project timelines Ensure proper placement and finishing of concrete for slabs, footings, foundations, walls, and curbs Monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe work environment Communicate effectively with general contractors, project managers, and subcontractors Order materials and coordinate equipment needs Maintain daily job reports and track crew hours
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in concrete construction, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of concrete techniques, tools, and equipment Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings Proven leadership and communication skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus but not required
