What You'll Do:

Lead a team of concrete finishers in the construction of custom structures Perform all aspects of concrete finishing, including pouring, leveling, and smoothing Ensure that finished concrete meets quality standards and specifications Operate a variety of hand and power tools related to concrete finishing Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher/Lead with at least 3 years of experience in concrete finishing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
