  • We're Not Looking for Average Salespeople.
We are building a national sales force for a patented concrete additive that is already producing measurable performance improvements in real-world testing. If you are the type of salesperson who can: get contractors to answer the phone, build relationships quickly, handle objections without folding, and close volume deals, then this position has the potential to become extremely lucrative. This is not a cushy corporate sales role with endless meetings and fake "culture." This is a performance-driven opportunity with serious upside for people who can produce results. We are a startup with real technology, real testing, real intellectual property, and a long-term vision far bigger than concrete alone. About Ecophene Ecophene has developed a proprietary concrete additive that improves: Flexure strength by approximately 30% Compression strength by approximately 20% Early strength performance Overall durability and consistency Most importantly: our additive does this without negatively affecting workability or slump performance. Contractors care about cost per yard. Smart contractors care about total cost per pour.
Our product helps reduce:
repairs, finishing labor, callbacks, waste, and downstream project costs. For many customers, this translates into an estimated savings of $2
  • 8 per yard poured.
Independent testing and supporting work includes: ASTM and AASHTO testing through Middle Tennessee State University School of Concrete University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Supporting research through Oak Ridge National Laboratory Patent-protected process Trademarked product We are also actively pursuing: AASHTO certification TDOT approved products listing Future government contract opportunities through CERDC What You'll Be Selling Our additive currently costs: $30 per yard of concrete

A 1,000-yard order = $30,000 contract value Your commission is based on the tier structure below We sell nationwide and ship directly to customers across the United States.
Target customers include:
Ready-mix concrete plants Concrete contractors Commercial contractors Precast manufacturers High-volume concrete operations
Compensation Structure:
Tiered Commission System Monthly Yardage Sold Commission Less than 100 yards
  • >3% 100-499 yards
  • >6% 500-1,499 yards
  • >7% 1,500-3,000 yards
  • >8% 3,000-5,000 yards
  • >9% 5,000-10,000 yards
  • >10% 10,000+ yards
  • >11% Bonus "Bounty" System In addition to standard commissions, we will periodically post strategic target contracts we want secured.
Example:
Secure a 3,000-yard/month annual contract with a target company Earn up to an additional 5% on top of your normal commission tier If you can land major accounts, you will be compensated accordingly. What We Provide We are not throwing you into the deep end with a phone and a dream.

Construction materials sales Chemical sales Industrial sales Concrete industry experience High-volume B2B sales What matters most: confidence, persistence, phone skills, follow-up, and the ability to create urgency and close deals. If you are the type of person who gets uncomfortable hearing "no," this probably is not for you. A Quick Reality Check Most sales job postings throw around huge income claims and never deliver. We are not interested in blowing smoke up your rear end. This is commission-only. There is risk involved. Not everybody will succeed here. But for the people who can produce: the upside is substantial, the commissions are real, and the opportunity to grow with the company is very real. We are building this business for the long term. Our goal is not to create burned-out sales reps jumping ship for another company offering an extra half-percent commission increase. Our goal is to build a team of killers who grow with us and leave as millionaires.
