Concrete SuperintendentLocation:
Collierville, TN (Memphis area)Salary:
$80,000-$120,000Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee concrete operations across large-scale commercial and industrial projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of concrete work to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise and proven leadership in concrete operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all on-site concrete activities from start to finishSupervise crews and subcontractors while coordinating schedules and logisticsPlan pours, sequencing, and material delivery to maintain project timelinesEnsure quality control across all workReview drawings and coordinate with project teams to resolve field issuesTrack progress, manpower, and performance against schedule and budgetMaintain communication with internal teams and stakeholdersQualifications3+ years of experience in concrete construction, including leadership responsibilitiesExperience on commercial and/or industrial projectsWorking knowledge of concrete methods (foundations, slabs, structural, tilt-up)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsCandidates that fill out skills and questions will be moved to front of review process.
