Duties and Skills Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts. Prepare accurate project estimates using detailed construction estimating techniques. Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless execution on construction sites. Oversee project budgets, cost control measures, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Negotiate change orders and scope adjustments with clients and subcontractors. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including procurement, resource allocation, safety compliance, and quality assurance. Utilize Bluebeam for digital plan review, markup, and collaboration with team members and clients. Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to safety standards. Collaborate with other team members to develop accurate bids that reflect project scope and market conditions. Maintain comprehensive project documentation Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on asphalt, concrete, or fencing projects. Strong knowledge of construction management principles including cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements. Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for digital plan review and collaboration. Hands-on construction site experience to assist with project execution on the ground. Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
