Job Description:
Responsibilities Manage field crews and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget Develop production plans and establish quality control standards Coordinate erection activities, equipment, materials, and subcontractor scheduling Resolve operational issues and maintain production reporting Train employees and ensure compliance with all safety and company policies Requirements 5-7+ years in precast concrete or construction; 3-5+ years supervisory experience OSHA 10-hr & 30-hr certifications required; PCI Field Auditor a plus 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience Willingness to travel daily to job sites; occasional overnight travel Benefits Health, dental, vision, STD/LTD, fully-paid life insurance, supplemental coverage options, EAP, and a 401k with company match & profit sharing.
