We are looking for a seasoned vet, someone who has managed large commercial concrete projects, understands every stage of the job, and takes pride in being hands-on from start to finish. This is not a sit-back management position. We need a leader who is fully involved in the process, from setting elevations and ensuring everything is square, to organizing crews and keeping projects running efficiently. Reading plans properly is a major part of this role. We are looking for someone who is bulletproof with plans and blueprint reading, and who can confidently step onto a job site, understand the details immediately, solve problems, and lead the project professionally without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and concrete plans accurately
• Run commercial concrete projects independently from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and project timelines
• Set elevations, verify layouts, ensure everything is square, and oversee critical details on site
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Operate trucks and pull trailers as needed
• Work hands-on daily with the crew
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Problem solve on site and keep jobs moving forward
• Maintain quality control throughout every phase of the project

Requirements:

• Strong experience in commercial concrete construction
• Must be highly skilled with plans and blueprint reading
• Must confidently understand layouts, elevations, dimensions, and job details without supervision
• Proven ability to run jobs independently from start to finish
• Experience managing large commercial projects preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Comfortable driving trucks and pulling trailers
• Reliable, hardworking, organized, and team-oriented
• Strong leadership skills with attention to detail
• Willing to work long days when required
• Basic English communication skills preferred
