Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Division Manager to oversee and lead the Divisional operational activities for the Valley. The Assistant Division Manager partners closely with the Division Manager to drive day-to-day operational performance, uphold safety and quality standards, improve efficiency, and ensure exceptional service to our customers. Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: Promote a strong safety culture and minimize workplace risk. Oversee daily Ready-Mix operations, ensuring safety, quality, customer focus, and environmental compliance. Lead and manage the Ready-Mix team to achieve operational and regional performance goals. Develop and manage the annual operating budget in coordination with the COO. Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build, develop, and mentor team members for future growth. Grow the customer base, maintain client relationships, and support sales efforts. Coordinate special projects, including capital expenditures (CapEx). Support customers with product information and mix design guidance. Collaborate with Accounting to resolve issues and prepare marketing activity reports. Ensure proper maintenance of plants and equipment.
