Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, including finishing techniques and installation processes. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on various concrete surfaces while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and clean surfaces before pouring concrete. Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. Finish surfaces using various tools and techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes. Install forms and reinforcements as needed for structural integrity. Perform heavy lifting and assist with the movement of materials on-site. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Restore damaged concrete surfaces as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Skills Proficient in concrete finishing techniques and installation processes. Experience with commercial driving and concrete pumping is a plus. Knowledge of trim carpentry, plastering, metal stud framing, tile laying, and heavy lifting is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow project specifications accurately. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor for extended periods.
