Decorative Polished Concrete and Epoxy Flooring Laborer

Experience with industrial flooring can help, but we can teach you as long as you have a great work ethic and a willingness to learn, so experience isn't needed. Hourly rates depend on experience and knowledge of construction/flooring industry. As we are a commercial flooring company, some jobs may be out of town, and some require working overnight, however majority of our work is within Houston.

Responsibilities:

As a laborer, you will learn directly under a supervisor on equipment, tooling, hand grinders, and various epoxy installation equipment and product to produce high-quality durable floors. Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations Proper use of equipment and materials Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets Input timely hours

Qualifications:

Concrete coating experience preferred

BUT NOT REQUIRED

Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays & holidays (If needed) Travel out of town/state on at times to complete jobs Valid driver's license 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Authorized to work in the United States' '
