Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Concrete Foreman in the Houston, TX area for immediate hire for a long-term project!

$40•48/hour (based upon experience)
HOURS:
40-50 hours per week
SCHEDULE
Monday•Friday; 7:00 am•4:30 pm

ASAP Concrete Foreman Job Description:
Pour, form, and finish concrete pads and walls for a mausoleum construction project Supervise and coordinate daily concrete crew activities on active commercial job sites Ensure concrete work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards Monitor production schedules and maintain efficient workflow throughout all project phases Inspect completed work to ensure proper forming, finishing, and structural integrity Coordinate with project management and other trades to support project progress Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas on active job sites Follow OSHA and company safety procedures at all times Qualifications for
Concrete Foreman:
Previous experience with forming and finishing concrete
REQUIRED
Experience leading concrete crews or working as a Concrete Foreman preferred Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction methods and procedures Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in team environments Ability to safely use hand tools, finishing tools, and PPE Capable of working in physically demanding environments including bending, standing, climbing, kneeling, and twisting throughout the workday Ability to work indoors and outdoors in hot, cold, and dusty conditions Additional Requirements for
Concrete Foreman:
Must be eligible to work in the United States Must have reliable transportation to the job site Must wear required PPE including hard hat, safety vest/high-vis shirt, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and gloves Must have concrete finishing tools including edgers, floats, and finishing trowels
