Concrete Laborer

Job description We are currently seeking dedicated production employees to join our pre-cast concrete and rebar facility in Mansfield, TX. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including rebar reinforcement, form assembly, and final concrete finishing. Shift:

M-F 6am until finish _must be able to work 40-70 hours •Temp to Direct Hire •Full benefits and pay increase available upon direct hire.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints Cutting, bending, and tying rebar or wire mesh to reinforce the concrete structure. Designing and assembling metal forms to dictate the size and shape of the concrete pour. Raking, shoveling, and using screeds (straightedges) to level the concrete evenly with the top of the forms Facility maintenance and housekeeping Concrete finishing

QUALIFICATIONS
