We work on commercia and government projects. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Concrete Foreman who can lead a crew, run equipment, and read plans confidently. Position Overview The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for supervising day-to-day field operations, directing labor, operating equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to plans/specs. This role is hands-on , not just supervisory—you will work alongside the crew. Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on site Read and interpret construction plans, elevations, and details Layout work areas, forms, and grades Coordinate daily tasks and crew assignments Operate equipment such as: Skid Steer Mini Excavator Roller, trencher, or other small equipment Transport small equipment and tools to job sites (company truck provided) Ensure quality control on forming, rebar placement, pours, finishing, and overall scope Maintain safety standards and enforce jobsite requirements Communicate with project manager/owner on daily progress Troubleshoot field issues and adjust as needed Keep job sites clean, organized, and productive Requirements Minimum of 3-5+ years of concrete experience (flatwork, foundations, sidewalks, retaining walls,curbs, etc.) Ability to lead a crew and manage workflow Skilled in reading and understanding plans and specifications Strong equipment operating skills (skid steer + mini ex required) Valid driver's license Ability to transport and load/unload small equipment Strong communication and leadership skills Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift 50+ lbs Bilingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Consistent year-round work Growth potential within the company Supportive team environment
