In this role, you'll perform specialized concrete cutting, coring, and demolition work on commercial, industrial, and heavy civil job sites. San Antonio, TX

Schedule:

Full-time | Day & Night shifts available

• Perform concrete sawing, core drilling, and removal on active job sites
• Operation of equipment such as: o Flat saws (slab sawing) o Wall saws o Core drills o Hand saws & ring saws o Wire Saws o Mini Excavator o Skid Steer o

Robotic Demolition Operators:

• Assist with layout, measuring, and precision cutting
• Support demolition and structural modifications
• Set up safe work zones and control runoff
• Work in commercial, industrial, medical, and roadway environments
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow OSHA and Silica safety standard
• Experience in concrete cutting, coring, or similar construction trades (preferred)
• Ability to operate hydraulic/electric cutting equipment
• Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus)

Helper/Trainees:

• Construction or general labor experience (preferred, not required)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the trade

For All Candidates:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
• Comfortable working outdoor, indoor, elevated, or confined environments
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to travel locally or regionally depending on projects
• Strong focus on safety, precision, and teamwork
